Internet Explorer - Windows PC
In the Tool bar of your browser:
  • Click on the TOOLS menu.
  • Choose INTERNET OPTIONS.
  • You will see the GENERAL tab.
  • In this you will see a LANGUAGES button.
  • Click the LANGUAGES button.
  • The LANGUAGE PREFERENCE box appears.
  • Check that your preferred language appears in the box.
  • If not, click the ADD button.
  • The ADD LANGUAGE box appears.
  • Select your preferred language.
  • Click OK.
  • Your chosen language now appears in the LANGUAGE PREFERENCE box.
  • Move your chosen language to the top of the list to make it the default language.
Before you can see the site in your preferred language, you must restart or
refresh your browser. In some cases you may have to restart your computer.

Open System Preferences and click International
  • Drag your preferred language to the top of the Language list
  • If Safari is open, quit and open it again
Netscape/Firefox - Windows PC/Macintosh
